Energy Smart Services Seattle City Light's Energy Smart Services offers financial incentives and free energy consulting services to help medium to large businesses, manufacturing plants or government facilities reduce electricty use and save money. The extensive program included an identity program, program workbook and flters, advertising, and trade show graphics. A primary objective was to create a positive, motivating urban image that woud be welcoming and accessible. Partners in Design worked collaboratively with Eldridge & Company in Seattle.
